Jess is the catalyst to why Green Cottage exists. Baking is more than a craft. To her, it is a love language, shared through food; especially sweets. Starting in her childhood, to training in Park City, UT as a Pastry Chef, and seasoned by years of helping other start-ups and businesses, she jumped on the first opportunity to build and construct her own. Jess has a power behind her grounded and honest approach to life. She is the driving force behind every idea landing on a physical plate.

Beyond the kitchen and craft, you'd find Jess hiking with her dog Sophie, dreaming of adventures, or enjoying coffee with friends.
Samuel
Creative and Baker
While Samuel is a dedicated baker, a large passion lies in the structure of the vision. With a value of intentionality and fueled by creativity, he views the bakery as a hub for genuine connection and bones for community impact. He believes ideas should benefit more than just vertical growth. He comes from a diverse background, resulting in ingenuity and a dreamers perspetive .
Outside of the productivity world you'd find Samuel writing poetry, crafting a song, or diving into a weird movie.
