1. Our Commitment to Quality (UDAF Compliance)
Green Cottage LLC is a licensed food establishment regulated by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF). We operate out of a professional, inspected environment and follow strict safety and sanitation protocols.
2. Allergen Notice
While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. If you have a severe allergy, please chat with us at the booth before purchasing. Your safety is more important to us than a sale!
3. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food safety regulations, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once a treat has left our booth.

If we missed the mark: If there is a genuine quality issue with your order, please email us within 24 hours. We are real people and we want to make it right—usually through a replacement or credit for a future market.
4. The Pop-Up Life (Cancellations & Changes)
Being a traveling bakery means we are at the mercy of the elements.

Weather: If a market is canceled due to "Acts of God" (Utah wind, snow, or rain), we will update our website and socials as fast as we can.

Pre-Orders: If you pre-ordered for a canceled event, we will offer a full refund or a credit to our next pop-up.
5. "First Come, First Served"
An RSVP on our event calendar lets us know you're coming (which we love!), but it does not "reserve" a specific item unless you have pre-ordered (sometimes requiring a payment). We bake in small batches, so we suggest coming early to get the "good stuff" before it’s gone.
6. Intellectual Property
The stories, poetry, songs, and photos on this site are a huge part of who we are. They belong to Green Cottage LLC. We’d love for you to share our mission, but please don't use our creative work for commercial purposes without asking first.
7. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Green Cottage LLC, you agree that our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We aren't responsible for what happens to a sweet roll once it leaves our hands (e.g., if it melts in a hot car or gets stolen by a very fast dog).
